Which Box Does a Greyhound Like?

You can find out a lot about a greyhound by looking at the Stat Attack. The Post Record column on the Stat Attack shows you the total/win-place-show-fourth record for this greyhound for his performances from post positions identical to his current box, or within one position. This statistic lets you see how well each greyhound has done in the past when positioned in a similar situation.

If a greyhound is coming out of the 8 box, the Post Record column shows starts from the 8 box and the 7 box. And if a greyhound is coming out of the 1 box, the Post Record column show starts from the 1 box and the 2 box.

The Post Record column will give you a great advantage at the track as you will know if the greyhound has done well from those starting boxes. Take a look at yesterday's Stat Attack and see how some greyhounds have a starting box preference.
